Nathanael Harrison

Nathanael Harrison joined Access Group as the Financial Controller in November 2005. Nathanael has since taken on the role of Group CFO and is responsible for the financial leadership of the group incorporating: Access Group Australia, Access Rentals Australia Pty Ltd, Access Hire Australia Pty Ltd, Access Hire South Australia Pty Ltd, Tilt Trays Australia Pty Ltd and Access Group International.
Nathanael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Curtin University and is a Certified Practicing Accountant. He brings to the Group a firm background in accounting and financial management having worked in various diverse businesses such as recycling, corporate management and the nursery and plant industry. Nathanael’s goals within the Group are to enhance its Corporate Governance and accountability and to ensure that Access Group remains the market leader in the industry.

Chris Bond

Chris is an Executive Director of Access Group International, beginning his role in February 2019. Chris plays a key role in strategising and managing the many businesses under Access Group International and will build on the company’s outstanding reputation. Through this high profile leadership position, Chris will also develop and maintain effective networks and working relationships to further improve the positive environment and communications of Access Group International.
Having worked in the Australian Football League (AFL) for over 29 years, Chris is well experienced in creating and managing a high-performance environment which is enhanced by his extensive history in managing elite staff and players to success. This strategic ability that has been developed throughout his career enables Chris to seamlessly support the companies while continuing to drive the growth and vision of Access Group.

Robert Carlile

Executive General Manager
Robert has a breath of Senior Leadership experience across several industries, including the manufacturing and service sectors, in both Australia and Internationally. His experience covers many aspects, including strategic planning, leadership, capital asset management, building strong customer partnerships and business development.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Business from the RMIT university as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Canterbury.

Henk Oudman

Henk Oudman is the Group General Manager for Access Group Australia. His role is to ensure a smooth transition exists between the various companies and to oversee the day to day running of the Group.
Henk has been with the company since 2006, commencing as a Hire Co-ordinator for Access Rentals before stepping into the role of Group Operations Manager and then Group General Manager. Henk previously worked in the Tourism industry as a Tour Guide and Operations Manager and brings with him a wealth of customer service and management experience.

Will Reilly

Will Reilly is currently Director and General Manager of Access Rentals and a key founding member of Access Group of companies. His role focuses on managing the day-to-day operations of Access Rentals in both its sales and rental capacities.
Will has over 23 years of EWP industry experience, gained from working in similar positions at a host of previous industry leaders before taking the step to form his own company. Drawing on this experience and knowledge has allowed Access Rentals to quickly become a market leader in the WA EWP landscape.

Dean Rullo

Dean is the National and International Sales Director of Access Hire, the remote project specialist division of Access Group and has extensive experience in the hire industry totalling 15 years. Having held previous managerial roles in both operations and sales within the hire industry, he has a distinguished track record of retaining Tier 1 accounts, as well as seeking out new business opportunities and acquiring key clients within the mining, construction and industrial sectors. Dean’s success can be attributed to his wide-ranging experience, a deep understanding of what clients require and a commitment to exceeding their expectations 24/7.

Jon is the Western Australian General manager of Access Hire. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational activities of the business. With a Heavy Vehicle trade, Jon has worn many hats during his extensive managerial career in the mining, construction, and maintenance industries. With over 10 years of experience within the hire industry, he has proven himself to be a leader with a wide range of experience and determination to identify, retain client relationships and seek new business opportunities.

David Tripodi joined Access Hire in 2014 as a founding member of the NSW business with John Jones. Embarking on a journey to build the NSW team with industry experts and offer the NSW market superior products and service, David has been and will continue to be extremely successful.
With sixteen (16) years of direct industry experience working in Mining / Commercial Infrastructure projects, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Government projects and Tier One (1) consumers, David offers the NSW businesses many years of experience and knowledge. Tim Helfers has been involved with elevating work platforms since 1990 and the rental industry since 1999.
With Tim’s extensive experience in the rental industry, he is now Managing Director of Generators Australia established in 2014 to specialise in power equipment for the rental industry. With continuous improvement always in mind Generators Australia is manufacturing and designing the latest renewable products using solar and lithium battery technologies to reduce diesel consumption and carbon footprint for our clients.

Tony is the General Manager of Low Loaders Tilt Trays Australia and has 25 years’ experience working at Access Group. Tony has experience across multiple truck which includes, Tilt Trays, Low Loaders heavy haulage, multi combinations truck, and also experience with interstate runs, experience with various earth moving machinery, civil machines and EWP’s.

Terry Thompson

Terry Thompson is the General Manager for Access Hire SA and has been successfully fulfilling his duties in this position for the last three years after his prompt promotion from Fleet Coordinator.
Terry has brought 17 years of experience in the domestic and commercial building sector which he utilises in his day to day duties. During the 17 years’ experience in the building sector Terry has gained a wealth of knowledge through his many roles for one of SA’s largest building groups. Terry’s main goal is to ensure Access Hire SA continues to be the benchmark in customer service and a business model that all hire companies aspire to. Terry is very proud of his loyal team and is always willing to listen and accept their input in the running of day to day practices and logistical tasks. He has surrounded himself with experienced staff members to complement the successful operations of the business.

Ben began his journey with Access Hire South Australia in September 2006 as an On Road Service Technician, flying to remote locations to repair, service and keep in touch with our remote clients whilst also maintaining the local fleet and client base. Completing his Engineering and Mechanical Trade Certificate in 2006, he specialised in hydraulic applications with further education and training in Hydraulics Engineering. Ben trained for 8 years in the art of Tang Soo Do under Master Stephen G. Washington and gained his second Dan Black Belt certification.

Ryan Lever is the Sales Manager for Access Hire South Australia. His role is to direct and guide the SA sales team to deliver excellent customer service to our large client base. Ryan joined Access Hire SA in 2008 as an Accredited Trainer and Salesperson, with 10 years’ experience in the industry from workshop, transport and sales this has enabled him to gather a wealth of information within the EWP industry.
In his time with the Access Group he has embraced his role as Sales Manager and is working with his dedicated team to ensure Access Hire SA remains the largest and most successful access hire company in South Australia.

Dawnie has 9 years’ experience in the access equipment industry including 4 years as a Sales Manager. Dawnie brings a wealth of experience to Access Hire Melbourne including sales, account management, commercial and industrial relations and general management. With a passion for providing the Victorian market with safe and reliable access solutions, Dawnie is a well-respected networker with a keen eye for sales.
Dawnie is Access Hire’s first female General Manager and is eager to see strong growth in the Victorian access market.

Alana was appointed Sales Manager and Director in 2019 and is focused on driving the business even further.
