Access Group International is pleased to welcome Robert Carlile in his appointment as Executive Group General Manager for the Access Group Australia companies.
In his role, Robert will be responsible for driving the success of Access Groups strategic sales and revenue plan, as well as overseeing excellence in lean business operations, across all branches nationally. He will play a pivotal role in ensuring Access Groups corporate vision and values are executed, including immediate and future growth plans, and further development of the company’s people and high-performance culture through continuous improvement.
Access Groups private equity business is currently looking for not only distressed business’s but strong business’s that are looking to grow in these challenging times. John Jones, Group Chief Executive Officer, explained, “Access Group is conscious that these challenging times create opportunity through change, and we are committed to realising strategic growth through both increasing scale and acquisition. Robert will play a critical role in expanding Access Groups market share and business, and will strengthen our considered expansion objectives”.
Robert joins Access Group with a breadth of strategic, business development, customer engagement and management experience across several industries, including the manufacturing and service sectors, in both Australia and Internationally. Most recently Robert was the Executive General Manager of Alsco, a global leader in commercial and industrial services across a diverse range of industries throughout Australia.
