Nathanel Harrison joined Access Group as a Financial Controller in November 2005 and later took on the role of Group CFO. Nathan supports a diverse and developed team across the business and supports an extended portfolio of business. Nathanael’s goals within the Group are to enhance its corporate governance and accountability and to ensure that Access Group remains the market leader in the industry.

Henk Oudman started as a Group General Manager for Access Group Australia. Later, he took on the role of Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for ensuring a smooth transition exists between the various companies and oversees the day-to-day running of the Group.

Will has over 23 years of industry experience in elevated work platforms (EWPs), having worked in similar positions at other industry-leading companies before forming his own company.

Having held previous managerial roles in operations and sales within the hire industry, he has a distinguished track record of retaining Tier 1 accounts, as well as seeking out new business opportunities and acquiring key customers within the mining, construction, and industrial sectors.

David Tripodi

David Tripodi joined Access Hire NSW in 2014 and was a founding member alongside John Jones. David brings with him sixteen years of direct industry experience and knowledge working in mining/commercial infrastructure, manufacturing, maintenance, government projects, and Tier 1 customers. David has built a highly skilled, professional team that continues to dominate the NSW equipment hire market through superior commercial excellence.

Tim Helfers

Tim Helfers has been involved in the EWP industry since 1990 and the rental industry since 1999. He is a Director of Generators Australia, established in 2014 to provide power solutions for the rental industry. With continuous improvement always in mind, Tim is leading the manufacturing and design of the latest renewable products using solar and lithium battery technologies to reduce customers’ diesel consumption and carbon footprint.

Tony Pardi

Tony is the General Manager of Tilt Trays and Low Loaders Australia and has over 20 years of experience working at Access Group. Tony has transport experience, which spans tilt trays, low loaders heavy haulage, and multi combinations truck. He also has a background in interstate runs, earthmoving machinery, civil machines, and EWPs.

Ben Haggett

Ben started as an On-Road Service Technician with Access Hire SA in September 2006. He was flying to remote locations to repair, service, and keep in touch with our remote customers while maintaining the local fleet and customer base. He is now the General Manager and Director of Access Express, a solution provider in the access equipment industry that helps customers meet their needs quickly and efficiently.
