National Roadshow Reinforces One Team Culture

One Team. One Culture. One Direction.

Over June and July, Access Group’s executive leadership team travelled more than 22,000 kilometres across Australia, visiting branches from Port Hedland to Moranbah as part of the 2026 National Roadshow.

The roadshow brought together employees from every part of the business, providing an opportunity for face-to-face engagement, knowledge sharing and reinforcing the culture and disciplines that continue to drive Access Group’s success.

Led by Executive Chairman and CEO John Jones and Executive General Manager Jason Ponosh and supported by the Executive team, the roadshow also introduced Executive Health & Safety Manager Courtland Williams to national teams across the country.

Each branch visit included participation in morning pre-start meetings, time spent with operations and sales teams, branch walk-throughs and up and coming company-wide improvements.

The presentations also focused on the core disciplines that underpin the business.  These included customer engagement, CRM discipline, continuous improvement and the importance of consistent execution in maintaining market leadership. The Daily War for Market Share presentation reinforced that sustained success comes from disciplined execution of the fundamentals every day.

While every branch brings its own strengths and local experience, one message remained consistent throughout the journey: Access Group’s greatest strength is its people.

The roadshow highlighted the dedication, professionalism and commitment shown by teams across the country, along with a shared passion for continuous improvement. From the quality of morning pre-starts, to the commitment to our safety culture, to the willingness of employees to share ideas and identify better ways of working, the same behaviours and values were evident at every location.

The visits also provided an opportunity for leaders to recognise outstanding contributions, share successful initiatives between branches and reinforce the importance of operating as one national team while continuing to support local customers and communities.

Executive General Manager Jason Ponosh said the experience reinforced the strength of the culture that exists throughout the business.

One of the biggest takeaways from the roadshow was the quality of our people. Everywhere we went we saw exceptional commitment, a willingness to share ideas and genuine pride in what we do. It was particularly pleasing to see our safety behaviours consistently demonstrated during morning pre-starts and to experience the open relationships our teams have with senior leadership. Most importantly, we saw a culture of continuous improvement at every level, with people who are passionate about growing the business while staying true to our principles.”

The National Roadshow reinforced that while Access Group operates across multiple states, regions and specialist businesses, its people remain united by a common purpose, shared values and an unwavering commitment to safety, customers and continuous improvement.

As the business continues to grow, those connections, shared experiences and consistent disciplines will ensure Access Group continues to move forward together as One Team, One Culture and One Direction.
